PADA's mission is to breed Ultimate Frisbee.

In doing so, PADA will provide our members with the best information on how to play, where to play and who the other players are in the area. The following Terms and Conditions apply when using our Web site www.pada.org.

General Terms and Conditions

PADA will list any pertinant information relating to getting the game on the field including; the PADA calendar, field directions, upcoming PADA events and Tournaments, links to more Disc Sports, and general PADA News. PADA is not obligued to post anything on our Web site that is not related to Disc Sports.

PADACHAT, PADANews, and PADA Forums

PADA provides several ways to make contact with the Ultimate community. Except for PADACHAT and PADA Messages, using PADA's contact mail lists requires permission from the PADA Board. PADA Forums are open to posts from subscribers of the forum. Aside from league sponsorship announcements, no one has permission to spam our contact services for our members with any product announcements, or services. Spamming our mail list will cause severe penalties to the preparators.

PADACHAT is a newslist open to posts from anyone that subscibes to the list. Its purpose is to provide PADA members with a place to discuss Ultimate related news and events of interest to the PADA community. Uncacceptable communication on PADACHAT includes any commercial content, personal threats or personal comments reflecting a fundamental disrespect for a fellow PADA member. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in disciplinary action.

Personal Information

PADA members will provide us with personal information for contact purposes, league registrations and fee payments. Under no condition is the personal information provided to us by our league members used for purposes other than providing more Ulimate to our league. We will not sell or give away our members personal information.
